First, sorry for not posting for a week or so. I’ve been really busy with work, guests, cat hospitalization, and just staying a float. Excuse the 4 posts in one day, but scroll down. There is good stuff.
To continue with the summer pasta thread, I thoroughly enjoyed this little ditty. It was really easy.
- Turkey Sausage (casings removed — extra hot)
- cremini mushrooms
That’s it. Just cook the sausage, then add the mushrooms, garlic, and parsley to the party to cook. Toss with olive oil and cooked rigatoni. It was delicious. I used almost no seasonings and let the flavor of the turkey sausage to do it’s thing.
